A light, bright open plan kitchen and dining area lead into the comfortable sitting room. Guests can enjoy perusing the shelves stacked with books and board games to keep everyone entertained in the evenings. Step out through the patio doors into the garden where there is plenty of space on the lawn for games and a patio area perfect for some alfresco dining or a drink in the sun.

All 3 bedrooms are comfortably furnished; The master bedroom has a super-king size bed and an en-suite shower room while two further twin rooms share a family bathroom. A useful utility area with a separate shower room and W.C. is a great space to wash and dry your beach gear.

Trewin enjoys an enviable position with easy access the local bars and restaurants in Rock and the ferry link to neighbouring Padstow with yet more culinary choice. Porthilly beach is just a short walk away down a quiet lane or head in the other direction and stroll over to the vast sand dunes between Rock and Daymer Bay with a picnic. Play hide and seek with the children, then climb Brea Hill for magnificent views out to sea and along the Camel Estuary. Excellent golf can be found at both the church course of St Enodoc in Rock and the superb course at The Point down the road.
