Trewidden is located on a quiet lane off the road between Daymer and Polzeath, within easy walking distance for dining at the St Moritz hotel or the laid back, atmospheric surroundings of The Mowhay cafe and restaurant. The family and dog friendly beach down the lane at Daymer is perfect for swimming, paddling and rock pooling. Teenagers will be able to take themselves off, for a surf at Polzeath. Nearby Rock a short driver away offers sailing, waterski, wake-boarding and inflatable rides, plus the foot ferry over to Padstow.

The living spaces are bright and welcoming with two bedrooms set on the ground floor; one king size bedroom with en-suite shower, then up a few stairs to a twin bedded room with en-suite (where zip and link beds give you the option to convert to a super king). The kitchen is a good size to enable guests to prepare picnics for the beach or garden or to cook up perfect, evening family meals. On the first floor there is a room with bunk beds, a super king bedroom with en-suite, a king bedroom with en-suite shower and a further bunk bedroom with two single beds and en-suite shower; great fun for siblings or cousins to share bedtime stories and games!

The property includes a south facing, enclosed lawned garden with ample, gated, off road parking. This attractive, capacious property lends itself well for a large family holiday sleeping up to 16 guests in 7 bedrooms (including annexe) with 8 bathrooms, making it ideal for big get-togethers with room for cousins, grandparents etc; even the dog can join the party! Views across St Enodoc golf course and the Camel Estuary can be enjoyed from the first floor.
