From here, the house opens into a bright kitchen, dining and living space, where bifold doors lead straight onto the south-facing patio and garden. The blue and white kitchen has everything you could need with double ovens, a fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and breakfast bar for pouring drinks while meals are prepared.
The dining area sits at the centre of the room, with the adjoining living space offering plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV and soundbar for slower evenings at home. The separate snug gives children space to break away after dinner for films or board games, while the wood-burner makes it cosy come winter.
Upstairs, four bedrooms continue the classic, considered feel, with white shutters, wooden panelling and vintage furniture. Three bedrooms have king-size beds and the fourth is a twin. Bedrooms one and two have en-suites with their own showers, while the family bathroom, complete with a bath and walk-in shower, serves the remaining rooms.
South-facing, the landscaped garden is one of Trevian’s standout features, with a grassy lawn, patio, charcoal barbeque and outdoor dining table for meals in the sunshine. There are also practical touches including an outdoor shower, wetsuit rail and access to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Trevian also has driveway parking for four cars, with an electric car charger available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
