What our guests have been saying

Fantastic House

This house completely surpassed our expectations. 12 of us stayed here (all adults!!) and each of us had more than enough room and comfort. We all had an amazing time here and can’t wait to book it again for our next reunion/big birthday/holiday. Thank you so much.

Fantastic Family Holiday

I booked Puffin house to celebrate my 60th birthday with all my family, the house was a great size with everything you need. The setting is fantastic over looking a lake, grandchildren fed the ducks daily. We used the facilities at the golf club having the swimming pool almost to ourselves. The dining room and lounge sat our party of 12 with no problems, bedrooms very spacious we all enjoyed the holiday so much beach 5 mins away in the car .

Perfect Location, Perfect House, Perfect Holiday

Had a wonderful week at Puffin House. Very well appointed, clean and tidy. Loved the location, 15/20 minute walk to both Polzeath and Rock. Ate at the Golf Club, food and service very good. Also used the swimming pool which is a good size and temperature. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely return.

What people are saying

Stayed at St Enodoc Cottage, Daymer Bay

"We booked easily online through The Point Holidays and found a wonderful family cottage within walking distance of Daymer Bay. Their communication was efficient throughout, and they let us know our cottage was ready early, which really helped. We’re very grateful for their support and would happily use The Point Holidays again."
Stayed at Pentire, Polzeath

"Great resort and staff...Our 7th visit. We always enjoy the golf course and surrounding areas to explore. Good food in the restaurant, overall I can fully recommend staying at The Point."
Stayed at Fitzroy, Rockall & Lundy, Polzeath

"Fantastic stay. Staff were always on hand and check in was effortless. The views, balconies and outdoor spaces were ideal for our large group across three apartments. Incredible value for money, and a big shoutout to the team. Highly recommend, especially if you’re a golfer - the first tee is only a 20 second walk away!"
Stayed at Malin and Bailey, Polzeath

"What a trip! I brought nine fellow golfers down to stay at Bailey and Malin for a few days. We were blessed with good weather and the guys were all completely blown away by the Point experience. The accommodation is superb and two at least are talking about bringing their families back. The food was excellent, the staff attentive and the spa facilities top notch!"
Stayed at Harbour Lights, Rock

"The staff at The Point are genuinely first class. We stayed in a house in Rock and had a few questions on arrival, all of which were handled within 30 minutes. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous and incredibly helpful. A really positive experience, and one we’d happily recommend to others."
