With a gentle palette of whites, soft pinks, blues, natural woods and rattan, Lerryn feels calm, contemporary and easy to settle into. Set across one level, the house is designed for relaxed family stays, with open-plan living at its heart and a sunny enclosed garden just beyond the bifold doors.
The kitchen, dining and living area brings everyone together. High ceilings and double bifold doors draw in plenty of natural light, while the wood-burner creates a cosy focal point for chillier evenings. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing holiday meals, with the dining table close by for gathering while supper is prepared and drinks are poured. Comfortable sofas offer space to slow down afterwards, whether for a film, a good book or a quiet moment as the day draws to a close.
Four bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups, with two doubles, one zip-and-link bedroom and one twin. Bedroom one also has its own en-suite, while every room includes a dressing table and wardrobe space for unpacking properly. A family bathroom completes the main living accommodation.
Outside, the enclosed garden is well suited to children, with a lawn for playing and a sun-soaked patio for long lunches that drift into evening meals. The bifold doors allow the living space to open straight onto the garden, making it easy to welcome the outdoors in during warm-weather stays.
Designed with beach days in mind, the outdoor shower is ideal after sea swims and sandy walks. A utility and wet room can also be accessed from the back door, creating a practical place to de-wetsuit, rinse off and store beach kit.
Lerryn also benefits from a gated driveway with parking for three cars, with additional road parking nearby if needed.
