The Bothy is a well maintained 3-bedroomed recently refurbished family holiday home just off Granary Lane in Roserrow. Generous room sizes are a great feature that makes this property an ideal space for the family to spread out.  The property has been the subject of comprehensive upgrading in the last 3 years. The kitchen/dining area was completely refurbished in 2019 with a quality contemporary kitchen complete with new appliances, including a large American-style fridge/freezer. Bi-fold doors were added to provide direct access from the dining area to the west-facing private terrace where an outside shower has been provided to cater for surfers and swimmers returning from the beach.

With two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and the master bedroom with an ensuite shower room on the first floor (all redecorated for 2022), together with a ground floor shower room, this property is popular with both families and friend groups.These three bathroom/shower rooms were completely refitted in 2022 to a very high standard.

The Bothy sits in Roserrow Village, just a short walk from the restaurant, bar, tennis courts, golf course and health club at The Point. Polzeath and the beach is only a 15-minute walk, along public footpaths.
