With a pull out bed in the fourth bedroom the property can accommodate 8 people and represents great value. The living area provides flexible seating with two sofas and two chairs which can easily be pulled up to make a larger group or be left as two smaller seating areas. A large conservatory brightens up the living room providing an additional seating area perfect for playing card games, reading the paper or a summer evening drink.

The utility room off the kitchen has a separate entrance ideal for wet walking gear. There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage, along with a table tennis table and a darts board. The outdoor heated shower and separate access to the utility room makes this an ideal holiday home.

In Roserrow Village, Penteli is just a short walk from the restaurant, bar, tennis courts, golf course and health club at The Point. Polzeath and the beach is only a 15-minute walk, along public footpaths.
