The property is situated in a cul-du-sac above Farmhouse Lane. Polzeath Beach is only a 15 minute walk away on a public footpath. Locally to Penkivel, there are is an abundance of excellent restaurants and pubs which include, The Mariners in Rock, Nathan Outlaws in Port Isaac, Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and Paul Ainsworths No.6 in Padstow. The nearby ferry at Rock makes for an enjoyable journey to Padstow on the other side of the Camel Estuary. Closer to the property guests can benefit from inclusive use of The Point Health Club just a two minute walk away or discounted green fees on the 18 holes course on site.
