Viking is one of seven apartments in Hilda Close, our state-of-the-art “green” apartments with stunning views over a wild flower meadow towards the sea and the North Cornish Coast. With a living roof, eco-friendly wood cladding, geothermal ground pump system and underfloor heating throughout, the apartments also have floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows leading out on to covered terraces, enabling occupants to enjoy the Cornish air and outdoor spaces.

Viking is an end of terrace apartment, with and extra window and open terrace it is the lightest of the two bedroom apartments. The bedrooms have zip link beds allowing them to be configured as twins or super king.

Hilda Close is a short walk from the tennis courts, health club, golf course and restaurant. Polzeath beach is a 15 minute walk – all on public footpaths.
