Malin is one of seven contemporary apartments in “Hilda Close”, our state-of-the-art “green” apartments with stunning views over a wild flower meadow towards the sea and the North Cornish Coast. With a living roof, eco-friendly wood cladding, geothermal ground pump system and underfloor heating throughout, the apartments have floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows leading out on to covered terraces, enabling occupants to enjoy the Cornish air and outdoor spaces.

Malin is dog friendly and features a private south facing terraced area. The bedrooms have zip link beds allowing them to be configured as twins or super king.

Hilda Close is a short walk from the tennis courts, health club, golf course and restaurant. Polzeath beach is a 15 minute walk – all on public footpaths. We welcome dogs in this apartment.
