Stock up the American style fridge freezer with locally Cornish produce and enjoy evening meals, prepared in the smart contemporary kitchen, on the sunny south facing terrace to the rear of the property. Kids have have plenty of room to enjoy garden games on the lawn. In the sitting room, enjoy the sun streaming through the picture windows from the comfort of comfy sofas. Once the sun sets light the wood burner and settle down to a good book or movie with a tipple.

Take the short ferry ride over to Padstow, or stay local in Rock with plenty of top restaurants, shops and cafes to choose from. Activites are not hard to find; Why not try your hand at sailing, SUP or waterskiing at the nearby Camel Ski School. The beach and dunes along the Camel Estuary offer stunning views and ideal dog walking paths, linking up with the coastal footpaths around to the surfing beach at Polzeath.
