Anchorage 4 is the perfect place to watch the sailboats in the Camel Estuary while enjoying your morning coffee at the breakfast bar upstairs or relax in the large lounge area; this stunning, light and airy space provides the perfect backdrop for open plan coastal living. Perfect for spending time together, this fantastic social area features a well equipped kitchen with plenty of room for the elected chef to indulge themselves or to simply whip up anything from a quick Cornish cream tea to a delicious family feast. Dine alfresco outside on the balcony, sit back with a local tipple and gaze at the tidal waters and beyond. At the end of the day when needing to recharge, the master bedroom upstairs has an inviting king-size bed with doors leading directly onto the balcony and an ensuite. The surfing hub of Polzeath beach is a short drive away, with coastal paths that beckon for all abilities and myriad shops and cafes that cater for all tastes. A short passenger ferry ride whisks you across the river to the picturesque harbour side of Padstow and Rick Stein’s restaurants or a simpler meal of fish and chips on the harbour wall.

The Slipway and Anchorage properties are all located at the bottom of Rock, on the opposite side of the road from the Rock Sailing club slipway.
