May half-term in North Cornwall
May half-term is often when the North Cornwall coast starts to feel full of life again. The days are longer, the hedgerows and headlands are ablaze with wildflowers, and there’s a real sense of summer just around the corner.
It’s the season for firsts: the first beach barbeque, the first evening surf without the winter chill, and the first proper taste of outdoor living after the quieter months.
At The Point Holidays, we offer a collection of hand-picked, self-catering holiday homes in and around Polzeath, Rock and Daymer Bay. Whether your family is happiest on the beach, out on the coast path, playing golf, booking surf lessons or settling in for slower evenings together, May half-term is a lovely time to enjoy North Cornwall before the peak summer weeks arrive.
