The seven apartments sleep 36 people in three 2 bedroom and four 3 bedroom apartments. All rooms can be booked as double or twin rooms giving maximum flexibility. Rockall, the largest 3 bedroom apartment offers dining space for 8 very comfortably. The open plan living area with panoramic views is so generous that you can also host a cocktail party for up to 45 people. Tried and tested! A large lawned area to the front of the apartments means plenty of room for outdoor games.

For smaller groups we have 5-6 bedroom detached holiday homes, both on site at The Point and in the nearby villages of Rock and Polzeath. Some of these properties are right next to each other so even bigger groups can join together. All the properties have dining areas seating 10 comfortably.

We also have two 4 bedroom terraced properties with an interlinking door ideal for two families holiday together – offering some privacy with the fun of holidaying together.

Let us help you

We can arrange chefs, waitresses and ready made meals for you to enjoy in your apartment. Or our own restaurant is only minutes away with our team of chefs delighted to produce 3 course menus with the finest local ingredients.

The Point works closely with local businesses specialising in coastal activities such as Coasteering, Kayaking, Wild Swimming, water skiing, fishing and of course surfing! You can do this all year round, but we highly recommend September and early October when the water is at its warmest and the beaches and seas are quieter.

Did someone say golf?

For those golfing groups we would be delighted to organise a group golf competition complete with nearest to the pin, longest drive and prizes. If the whole party does not golf, there are plenty of other things to do and our team are on hand to help you plan your trip. You can read more about our golf breaks here.

What else is there?

The great Southwest Coastal Footpath is on your doorstep – there is plenty to do. Why not make it a day trip and walk to Port Isaac – a historic fishing village with lovely restaurants. Alternatively Rick Stein’s famous Seafood Restaurant is just a 15 minute ferry ride across the Camel Estuary in the other direction. Even closer is Paul Ainsworth’s’ Mariners in Rock with its ever growing reputation as the place to be seen on the food scene. You can read more about the different destinations here.
