What’s The Point?
The Point and the surrounding area is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy outdoor activities, tennis, fitness, golf, stunning walks and great food. Our accommodation is only a stones throw away from the spectacular North Cornish Coast and the buzzing surf haven of Polzeath, there is something for everyone in the family.
A small family run business, The Point has built a great reputation for high quality and friendly service. The area is the perfect base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer, whether it be the amazing beaches and surf or incredible restaurants on your doorstep.
What we do?
We, The Point Holidays manage a selection of hand-picked self-catering holiday accommodation both on site and in the nearby coastal villages of Polzeath, Rock and Trebetherick (Daymer Bay). These properties comprise of holiday cottages, contemporary apartments and coastal retreats.
The majority of our portfolio of holiday homes and cottages are privately owned and managed by us from property management to taking bookings right through to booking your activities.
Our on site facilities collectively known as “The Point’ feature an 18 hole golf course, driving range and practice facilities, as well as a fully equipped Health Club, restaurant and bar
In addition to this we also own 7 contemporary self-catering apartments (3x 2-bedroom and 2x 3-bedroom apartments). The apartments, all named after the shipping forecast; Viking – Sole – Lundy – Rockall – Fitzroy – Malin and Bailey, feature floor to ceiling windows, private terraces, wood burners and have a contemporary finish with stone floors and bespoke kitchens made by a local craftsman.
