With the slightly warmer and sunnier days recently, you could almost be fooled into thinking it was just approaching Autumn, and not nearing the end of it! The Halloween costumes have been put away for another year, and as if by magic; Christmas has arrived.
There’s no easing gently into Christmas anymore; the shops fill the shelves with more decorations than you can shake a tree at, and out come the ‘Top 10’ gift guides to temp us before the kids have even polished off their Trick or Treat goodies.
Christmas can be a wonderfully social time, so why not try your hand at wreath making, Cocktail mixing, or even ceramic bauble decorating with friends? So much of Christmas is aimed at children, it’s great to find a few activities for the grown-ups to enjoy (and maybe with a festive beverage or two!)

Kilncraft Paint a Bauble – The Little Gin Shack, Wadebridge
